Concentration Issues

Concentration issues can affect a large number of people. Sometimes poor concentration is categorised as attention deficit depending on the degree. When people are affected by an underdeveloped cerebellum they experience overload in the brain’s processing capacity, which makes it very difficult for them to keep focused and very often become easily distracted.

Poor concentration is a symptom of learning and attention difficulties that can also lead to self-esteem issues as those affected are often labelled ‘lazy’. In most cases people actually have to work harder than anyone else just to concentrate at all.

Tiredness is a side effect of poor concentration, which is seen in around 70 percent of people we help. Concentrating on mental processes, for example, reading and writing cause exhaustion in the brain because skills can’t be preformed automatically.

By developing the cerebellum using exercises, we are able to relieve exhaustion in the brain by enhancing the brain’s processing capacity. Problems with concentration dramatically improve because the cerebellum begins to function correctly therefore skills can be performed effortlessly without distraction.
